Aziz G. Mihliev is an Uzbek entrepreneur, sports administrator and independent researcher whose work spans business development, cricket and institutional governance.
He is the founder of ANFA Group of Companies and President of the Cricket Federation of Uzbekistan. His business activities include pharmaceuticals, healthcare and consumer ventures. Through the federation, he works to develop cricket infrastructure and opportunities for players in Uzbekistan.
His research examines corruption, accountability and institutional independence, with particular attention to sports governance. His writing explores how leadership structures and organisational incentives shape the integrity and long-term purpose of institutions.
